AWS Libfabric release 1.7.0amzn1

This is the initial release of the AWS libfabric package that includes providers enabling the use of the Amazon Elastic Fabric Adapter (EFA). This includes the efa base provider and the rxr utility provider that can extend the capabilities of the efa provider. Refer to the man pages of these providers to learn more about their supported capabilities.

This release is based on v1.7.0 of the upstream libfabric repository at https://github.com/ofiwg/libfabric.

Installation instructions are available in the README.md file in the source tree or at the project's homepage.

Download one of the distribution tarballs below to get started.
