Update the image URI for health monitoring agent new release version 1.0.318.0_1.0.35.0

Release 1.0.318.0_1.0.35.0 includes:
1. Kubernets node annotations for upto previous 20 faults detected by the Health Monitoring Agent.
2. Support for detecting KernelDeadlock errors coming from user application task getting hung.
