Adding more connectors or policy templates to simplify access rights management

We accumulate the request for more connectors or policy templates in this discussion.
Connector is a preferable solution but for the cases where connectors would be inconvenient, policy template is still an option.

Currently, have to grant full access with TextractPolicy just to call AnalyzeExpense which does not follow the least privilege guideline.
