Improve release notes and documentation for EKS AutoMode

 The current release notes are not sufficient. Improve release notes to specify what has changed and which component.

Also the documentation needs to include the migration guide from Standard to Auto Mode

Documentation also needs improved for example "which add-ons you need to add a taint or something so we don't deploy for example CoreDNS pod on AutoNode Node"
