This PR adds an
sdk_idvalue for services, and includes that value in the example_meta.json file. The sdk_id is used to map a service to its Smithy model, for use when auto-generating links to code examples within API Ref documentation.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that you can use, modify, copy, and redistribute this contribution, under the terms of your choice.
