[Bug]: Typos in Claude3 Chatbot Demo README

Expected behavior

I expect the claude_3_chatbot_demo's README to describe the scripts needed to run the demo.

Actual behavior

1. The README describes a step to run python utils/upload_resume.py. Such a script does not appear in utils. I assume it is referring to upload_document.py?

2. Also the README file name has a typo, as it's spelled REAMDE.md,
