[QUESTION]How to handle error 0x32000005

Hi, sometimes camera report error 0x30000005, the document **https://docs.aws.amazon.com/kinesisvideostreams/latest/dg/producer-sdk-errors.html** suggest "use half of that frame duration (20 ms)". My questions are:
1. what is the purpose of frame duration?
2. what is side effect of using half frame duration?
3. can I set the frame duration to 0, what is the side effect?
