Support for TGW Metering Policies #1024

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently there is no way (to my knowledge) of "natively" deploying TGW metering policies, only possible through customizations.
Describe the feature you'd like
Under TransitGateway property should be able to set metering policy and entires (for example with JSON)
