aot.factories for S3 runtime hints is missing

Describe the bug
aot.factories for S3 is located under spring-cloud-aws-s3-parent instead of under the top level spring-cloud-aws-s3.

This leads to it not being included in the release artifact available on maven central, and therefore those hints are not automatically registered.
