spring-cloud-aws-starter-imds 3.4.0 is missing on MavenCentral repository

Description

The spring-cloud-aws-starter-imds package and possibly others in version 3.4.0 are missing on the MavenCentral repository.

It makes it impossible for the users of this library to use the spring-cloud-aws-dependencies BOM in version 3.4.0.

This PR did not bump the version for it, so maybe some script needs to be updated to take this starter into account?

It seems that the spring-cloud-aws-started-imds module is not listed in the project's BOM.

Given that modules versioning management is probably automated via Maven, that could explain the issue.
