windows error 10014 not handled

Description of the bug:
Receive windows error 10014 not handled when trying to run fio --client command

Environment: Windows Server 2025

fio version: 3.41

Reproduction steps
fio --client=<server> --remote-config=</path/to/job/file>

[sitsofe]

According to the Windows Sockets Error Codes page 10014 is bad address detected. Unfortunately I don't have regular access to a Windows box to debug this so we'll need some outside help to further this one.
