[FeatureRequest] Extend the `exclude` command to print the taksks

The dem export command should export the following information:

• Name of the Dev Env
• Tool Images
• Tasks

Add a new option for the command to exclude the host information from the task definitions. In this case set the host for all task to 'local'.
