suggestion: Less generic skill name

when installing axiom skills in a shared project, the skill names are too generic and can be confusing for users and agents. 

Suggestion: Add `axiom-` prefix to skills like `build-dashboards`, `query-metrics`, `controlling-costs` and `spl-to-apl`
