Mobile hamburger menu not opening

Description:

On mobile view, clicking the hamburger menu (top right, see screenshot) does nothing — menu does not open.

Steps to reproduce:

• Open the site in mobile view
• Click the hamburger menu icon (☰) in the top right

Expected:

Menu should open.

Actual:

No action occurs.

Tested on:

• Chrome (latest)
• Brave (latest)
