Implement a meta-property for categorizing Verifiable Credentials (VCs) based on their relevant application domains.

Related to axone-protocol/docs#407.

Rationale

Given that VCs serve to affirm characteristics about certain resources, identifying the type of resources they pertain to is beneficial. This identification enhances comprehension of VC utilization and contributes to more precise documentation.
