📄 Generate documentation for ontology thesaurus in markdown format

Purpose

As an Axone builder, I need comprehensive documentation of the ontology thesaurus to facilitate a better understanding of the vocabularies defined by the Axone ontology. This documentation should be committed to the project repository.

Objective

The objective is to implement the automated generation of Markdown documentation for the ontology thesaurus, similar to the existing generation setup for the ontology schemas (refer to Issue #76).

Tasks

• Implement the Markdown generation for the ontology thesaurus:
  • Organize the documentation clearly and concisely, with dedicated sections detailing the purpose and structure of each vocabulary.
  • Integrate this documentation generation as a new build target in the project’s Makefile.
