[feat] Enhancement: Support for ~/.ssh/config

This may be tricky, especially for Windows but it'd be good if the tunnelling options supported the settings in `~/.ssh/config`

Perhaps we could have a drop-down box with the available hosts. VSCode implements this quite nicely.
