Update the 1box image

### Problem

The 1box image currently used in the demo is out of date for two reasons.
- It is running Centos 6.4
- It is running an older build of Wakame-vdc
### Solution

Build a new 1box image running Centos 6.7 and Wakame-vdc stable 16.1. This can be done using the CI. http://ci.wakame.jp/job/vz.1box/

We should also host it on Dropbox and provide that link with AWS as an alternative.
