option to fragment interactions?

Hi, I'm curious if it is possible to adapt FitHiChIP method for obtaining fragment interactions rather than binsize interactions, since the specific bin size would usually be smaller or larger than the length of enriched regions.

Hi. FitHiC can do this (https://genome.cshlp.org/content/24/6/999), it was actually designed exactly with this in mind. but given the overwhelming fraction of the people who use binned data, we did not implement this in Fithichip.
