as we talked before, #2 The korean version is in another repo

thankfully a few people gave me the star, But I think It should be included this repo(as most content is your work)

I saw you added a README_ko.md in this repository. You may want to just link to your own tpu-starter-korean repository. I think this is better because you can get more stars!
