Align CLAUDE.md with actual project implementation

Issue Description

CLAUDE.md contains references to tools and structures that don't match the actual project implementation.

Current issues:

• References Poetry but project uses uv package manager
• Mentions test commands not evident in project structure
• References directory structure that doesn't match README.org

Proposed Changes:

1. Update CLAUDE.md to reference uv instead of Poetry
2. Remove non-existent test framework references or add those tests
3. Update directory structure references to match actual project
4. Ensure all build and test commands are available

Impact:

These inconsistencies can confuse contributors and Claude Code when working with the repository.
