How to deploy it to the server?

I know how to deploy build folder, but can you help me with server part? How to run node scripts on not a local server? I'm using Firebase for now.

I've tried to deploy your app and after refreshing the second page there is 404, but on your demo everything is working. How you've done that?

I think you'll need to give more details? The build folder is just static, doesn't include the server part. You basically need all the files, including the source code for the server to work. I don't use Firebase so I'm not sure what you mean, whether hosting or for data calls or???

The question is how to run server on another than local host. For example Firebase. How to make server side part working after deploy? And what to deploy for it? Build folder and server folder or...?

Its deployed to: https://ssr-cra-v2.now.sh/ for example so that's obviously not my computer, and its not a server I control. If you're not sure then probably good to just deploy all the files, and you can checkout now's (zeit) deploy method for comparisons.
You can basically just copy the repo somewhere and run the init script on the README:

npm install
npm run build
npm run start:server

If you're saying that's not working, then you might need to give more details, or perhaps checking out firebase's deployment methods? If you've ever run a node express app, this is pretty much that, so I recommend just deploying a basic node express app and try and get that working?
