Artic Setup Tool does not work if you boot luma from ctrnand

When you boot luma from ctrnand it saves backups to the internal memory, not to the SD card, so artic setup tool does not see them.

i think that might be due to it being launched from internal memory (and is a luma issue not an articsetuptool)

Oh I think this is the issue I am having. How would I boot luma differently so that it backup to the SD card. Or where would I find the file and where should it be placed on the SD card?
