Substitute systems+cac@azavea.com default email address #1383
Description
The production database has a default user, 'admin', with the associated email systems+cac@azavea.com. This user has multiple blog posts and is used to set the default_admin_email variable during deployment.
We've moved away from @azavea emails so we should confirm how its used in the application and update this value
