Does anyone have a example web page I can use to let users create their in-game accounts? Right now I have to create them by hand...

There's multiple repos with registration for ac.

You can do it yourself by checking https://www.azerothcore.org/wiki/account check the "PHP Implementation"

Or you can check https://github.com/Ferreira9006/AzerothCore-Registration-Page (you would need to modify the input and js to not have e-mail if you wish so)
