server won't start

I reinstalled the server after a year ( last time worked ), but now after the install , when i try to open authserver it closes as soon it opens. when i open with command prompt i get Failed open file 'configs/authserver.conf'

Copy the conf.dist file to .conf and edit the database credentials if necessary. Please revisit the installation guide again maybe
