Gnomish and Goblin Engineering trainers offer Dual Specialization and unlearning talents

Current Behaviour

Most Gnomish Engineering Trainers and Goblin Engineering Trainers offer dual specialization and unlearning talents:

Fiddle Whislesteam (https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?npc=29514) and Didi the Wrench (https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?npc=29513) are unaffected. If i had to guess it's because they are a different type of trainer as Fiddle Whistlesteam is a "Gnome Engineering Trainer" and not a "Gnomish Engineering Trainer". For Didi it has the same name, but probably also a different type from the other 2 Goblin Engineering trainers

Expected Behaviour

Only class trainers should offer these services, and only to the correct class

this happens because they don't have entries in gossip_menu_option

example:
npc 7406 has gossip_menu_id 1467 (see creature_template)
MenuID 1467 is missing from gossip_menu_option

this should solve it:

DELETE FROM `gossip_menu_option` WHERE `MenuID` IN (1465, 1467, 1468, 1469);

Looks like proff specialization trainer gossip is handled in https://github.com/azerothcore/azerothcore-wotlk/blob/master/src/server/scripts/World/npc_professions.cpp and its missing the engi ones in a couple spots.

All trainers should be probably be looked over
