Description
Current Behaviour
Values higher than 1.0 will make enemies easier at lower player counts while lower than 1.0 will make enemies easier at lower player counts
Expected Behaviour
If higher than 1 makes it easier, then shouldnt lower than 1 make it harder? Or vice versa?
