App crashes on startup

Hi! I forked this repo to try it out but getting an error when I run it.

  The app exits immediately with:
  Error: configuration not loaded

  I looked at config.go and it seems to read a "flag" file, but I don't have
  that file in my directory.

  What should be in it? Is there a default value I should use?
