http server exposed via tcp tunnel does not work (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET 200 (OK)_

http is based on tcp protocol, but exposing my local http server via tcp does not work ? or works partially I should say

I inspected the browser of public address, I noticed pages cannot come on time, parts of pages are dropped. 

Can anyone explain why is that ?
