Is there interest in implementing map_not_null and filter_not_null?

I often use the Kotlin equivalents and miss them in this great library.

In PSL, I need to use Vec\filter_nulls meaning I would need to iterate again over the array, just to filter those out.

Is there interest for this? I can provide a PR to add them.

I think to keep up with Psl\Type\nonnull naming, they would be Vec\map_nonnull and Vec\filter_nonnull_by ( same for Dict\ ? )
