404 - Auth needed

I've installed the plugin on http://rtfm.welance.com and it shows the button "report bug"...the only problem is that once I click it...I get a 404 error, which I read...it's due to needed authorisation. Is there something I'm missing?

This plugin use GitHub API without auth.
(We can not embed GitHub token in public page...)
So, You may be reached rate limit at sometime.

Would be nice to make it work for private repos too, but for now I can't do this pull request. Thanks for your response anyway! :)
