Feature Request - Backup/Restore using MS SQL Server BACPAC files.

Hello,

I would like to move database backups between native MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL Babelfish instances using the SQL Server BACPAC file format.

With Babelfish to SQL Server direction the focus if only one direction is possible.

This would simplify testing of features between the two DBs, and overcome the lack of a local stack implementation of postgreSQL Babelfish.

What are the chances of that?
