The IP Address Manager module lets us track the IP addresses used by each account. This is useful, because when a user is discovered to have posted spam, we can (in principle) block their IP address at the same time that their account is blocked or deleted. Thus, it would be nice to add this capability to IP Address Blocking if IP Address Manager is installed/enabled: when an administrator blocks or deletes one or more user accounts, provide the option to block their IP addresses as well on the confirmation form.
