A11Y Update all Taxonomy term links with screenreader-only text

Description of the bug

The only text in our taxonomy term links is the name of the term. Usually people are able to determine what the links will do by the surrounding context of the page, but for screen reader users that context may not be available.

The purpose of these links would be clearer with some screenreader-only text so that the link reads as follows:
View other content also tagged with X.
Here X would be the name of the taxonomy term.

We've done something similar for more links, I would like to see the same improvement for taxonomy terms out of the box.

Recommend markup example:

As far as I know, there is no screenreader-only class in Backdrop. A class supposed to hide elements visually, but keep them available for screen-readers, is element-invisible – see core/modules/system/css/system.css#L317.
