Missing favicon.ico Triggers “Not Found” Warning When Viewing DB Log Entries

Description of the bug

Opening any log entry on the “Recent log messages” page of a fresh Backdrop installation triggers a “not found” warning, because the system attempts to look up a missing favicon.ico file.

Steps to Reproduce

1.	Visit /admin/reports/dblog and open any log entry.
2.	Return to /admin/reports/dblog and observe the warning that appears.

Unable to reproduce. I spun a fresh demo tugboat site at https://latest-0zvs3mke6tpkiki09a0kbj3m3abomtlv.tugboatqa.com/

user: admin. password: password.

1. Visited admin/reports/dblog
2. Opened an entry of the log
3. Returned to admin/reports/dblog

There is no warning about a missing favicon

Did I miss a step?

Please also set "All messages" to show on admin/config/development/logging and clear cache.

Yes, that's set up like that. Still no luck.

Did you actually try to reproduce in the spun site I pasted above? That'd be helpful to know you can.

Strange as I can't reproduce it on https://latest-0zvs3mke6tpkiki09a0kbj3m3abomtlv.tugboatqa.com. No time now, but sometime these days, I'll try to find out the difference between the spun site and mine deployed locally.

I saw such a thing on some sites, so I just placed an icon in the document root because I didn't have time to investigate.

I was able to recreate the problem locally on another freshly installed Backdrop site. Could this be about my local environment, which is ddev? Or maybe PHP version - I'm using PHP 8.3.27 while Backdrop sites spun on Tugboat currently show 8.1.33?
