Plan mode annotation in Opencode Beta desktop does not work

Plan mode annotation does work in Opencode CLI, it will open the annotation page in the browser. However, it does not work in Opencode Beta desktop.

It only stores the plan locally:

What OS are you?

I am using macOS Tahoe 26.4.

@backnotprop I created two demos with the shared links: https://opncd.ai/share/938lStJa and https://opncd.ai/share/1LsiMnCd. Both of them stopped without calling the tool for the annotation.

This one: https://opncd.ai/share/QMmWf98e, is done in the opencode CLI, which worked as usual.
