Link to preprocssed feature files for MS COCO images/captions is broken

Hi,

The Google Drive link seems to be broken (https://drive.google.com/file/d/13m3SOqJkei8ozRwFa2y4cn3WzRqjpx5S/view?usp=sharing). Is there a new location to find these files? Where should I download them from?
