Verify/update unit cost per badge design, ongoing

At this moment the Badge including a 10% unforeseen margin is at ~16 euro's per badge.

There are a few nuances with this :

• The calculation is done by entering an order of 500 pieces into JLCPB and requesting a quote
• I need to double check if the quote is with or without VAT (Might be cheaper)
• Parts might become more or less expensive
• Some components might run out at LCSC when we wait longer, so other components might need to be designed in.

The reasons above mean that we add 10% onto the estimated price, because there are always unforeseen costs.

Found that for the QIAA package to work well, ENIG finish is recommended by the manufacturer, this makes the costs a bit higher.

Everything we import from outside the EU excludes duties and taxes. We will get a bill from the shipping company. There are options for having the shipper pay taxes but I strongly suggest not to use those DDP methods and just use normal DAP to ensure the tax invoice is up to dutch standards.

We will also have to pay chinese tax on the NRF52 chips when they arrive in China, we don't know how much that will be. Hint: if we can get Nordic to value the chips at a low price we pay less, that might be worth asking. There is no way for us to claim back these taxes without excessive and for us impossible to navigate paperwork so we have to consider these chinese taxes as extra costs.

Managed to get the cost down to 13,77 Euro per badge.
