Handle Tool Errors

Problem:
Tools errors like timeouts currently cause errors when trying to recover after the error. E.g. ChatGPT returns an error when trying to continue after a timeout.

Solution:
Detect the error and modify the langgraph state to remove the error causing checkpoint that contians the error causing message.
