Update UI to Support MCP server integration and Tool Toggling for MCP Servers

Feature:
Most LLM UIs allow tool toggling but and MCP server integration via npx command. We will start with supporting MCP servers by URL with header or URL based authentication (API key in URL string or Auther headers for API key or Authorization Bearer Token). OAuth support to come later.
