Latest release dist uses older dependencies #248

@electrofelix

Description

@electrofelix

The latest release, pushed to v1 should include @actions/cache 4.0.3. Unfortunately when workflows run using this, they will still be presented with the message:

Warning: Failed to restore: Cache service responded with 422
npm cache miss

and later with:

Failed to save: Unable to reserve cache with key npm-linux-x64-2025-3-, another job may be creating this cache. More details: This legacy service is shutting down, effective April 15, 2025. Migrate to the new service ASAP. For more information: https://gh.io/gha-cache-sunset

This appears to be caused by dependencies updated via renovate PRs do not trigger a dist rebuilt, the result of this is that the current package-lock.json may point to 4.0.3 of the @actions/cache, but the action isn't actually using it.

#247 is a simple rebuild, however I appreciate given the opague nature of the dist contents, it may be preferable to re-generate rather than assume this is safe to merge/release.
