Is there a way to stop browserslist update, and is it start-server-and-test dependent update? #378
Description
On every run of script it force to make yarn install, in my case, stove browserslist checking latest during she minor update and shake lock file tree for 3-4 minutes. Does start-server-and-test:
- Responsible for it
- Can stop it
I have cra 4 underhood, and appraiser it may be a main reason to check and update lock file, even with frozen lock file install.
