bug: primary industries misalign their water input

Only happens sometimes, and looks like it's less than half a tile off. Maybe we need to round the position we place them at?

while digging deeper into primary industries generation i've noticed:

• fishery: 8 x 8 tiles, png scale=1.1
• wheat-farm: 14 x 14, png scale=0.95, pipe is 1 tile below center
• apple-farm: 14 x 12.5, png scale=1.0, pipe is 1 tile above center and every entity.position.y are +0.5

it's not even 13, that's why the pipe bugs (and looks buggy) on apple farms - i've misplaced it when started playing Tycoon, too

wanted to propose enlarging it to 14 x 13 and set pipe 1 tile below center -- but then all such entities should be moved on existing saves by a script. well, better to 14 to keep some standard size in a mod

but after making this collage i think it's easier to grow it +0.5 to the bottom, since these tiles are already occupied and keep the pipe above center:

what do you think, can we fix it correctly?
