Manual initial import and then watch changes

So I have a table with huge amount of data and I want to import this data to ClickHouse. I tried to run mysql_ch_replicator to initial replication and import all data from MySQL but with way it could be weeks to replicate all of them. So then I thought that could be faster if I import data manually and then I'll use mysql_ch_replicator to just watch changes and add new rows. But when I tried replicator just ignored then and it tried to replicate all data from scratch. Is there any workaround how to handle this case properly?
