Invalid accounts are added and appear in Preferences

What is the current behavior?

I've added invalid Ethereum account with 123 name and 123 address and got the error:

What is the expected behavior?

The invalid accounts shouldn't be added into the list of Accounts in Preferences. Instead, I can see this invalid account added in Preferences.

Which version of Balance is affected by this issue? Did this work in previous versions of Balance?

I didn’t hear/see any announcements anywhere but assumed something was up. Are you able to say what happened to this great product? Investor/encouraged pivot to web?
