Consider hook forwarding pattern

For pools that are its own hook and make use of some of them, but might need to be plugged in to external hooks.

Use cases: reclamm (already has custom solution in progress), LBP.

The idea would be to come up with a pattern that makes sense and can be easily applied to different pool types, based on the lessons we got applying this to reclamm.
