doesn't work

1. click flash from file button
2. select iso
3. flash from file button becomes gray. nothing else changes
4. can't select/use other buttons like select target

using windows 10.

I have downloaded the ISO image file, and successfully finished the Integrity check and Authenticity check with the Simple installer for the current GnuPG.

In balenaEtcher (version 2.1.4), after selecting 'Flash from file' and selecting the ISO file linuxmint-22.3-cinnamon-64bit.iso , I get the Error message:

Error opening source
Something went wrong while opening linuxmint-22.3-cinnamon-64bit.iso.
Error: (0 , h.requestMetadata) is not a function

I'm working on a 64 bit Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N3450 @ 1.10GHz 1.10 GHz, RAM-memory 4,00 GB and Windows 10 Home edition.

Has anyone a clue about what might be the issue?
