Etcher not working.

The Etcher 2.1.4 page lists compatible MacOS's as 10.13 High Sierra or later, but the app is not working on Catalina 10.15.8 giving error message "require MacOS 11 or higher", where can i find the earlier versions that work on 10.15 .
