[IntelliJ Plugin] - Stop Process not stop java

Description:

When I stop a process since IntelliJ, java process stay in memory
After I can't recompile module :
error: Unable to clean target : D:\ballerina-prj\hello-prog\target
java.nio.file.FileSystemException: D:\ballerina-prj\hello-prog\target\caches\jar_cache\christophe\com.test\0.1.0\christophe-com.test-0.1.0.jar: Le processus ne peut pas accéder au fichier car ce fichier est utilisé par un autre processus.

I must kill java process manually.

Steps to reproduce:
Lauch project (simple hello world)
Stop Module (CTRL+F2)

Affected Versions:
plugins IntelliJ Ballerina 1.2.5

OS, DB, other environment details and versions:
Windows 10
IntelliJ ultimate 2020.2 -

Hi @CarpentierChristopheDev, could you please specify which feature you tried using the plugin? (running a ballerina program using the run marker, building a ballerina project from the terminal, debugging a ballerina program, etc.)

1. I use the run "D-Module" (MAJ+F10) I have :

"C:\Program Files\JetBrains\IntelliJ IDEA 2019.2.3\bin\runnerw64.exe" D:/ballerina/distributions/jballerina-1.2.7\bin\ballerina.bat run --sourceroot D:\ballerina-prj\hello-prog com.test
Compiling source
christophe/com.test:0.1.0

Creating balos
target\balo\com.test-2020r1-any-0.1.0.balo
target\bin\com.test.jar

Running executables

[ballerina/http] started HTTP/WS listener 0.0.0.0:9090

2. After i Stop the 'D Module' (CTRL+F2) I have :

Terminer le programme de commandes (O/N)�? ��

If I answer "O" I have this question a new, I Answer "O" again and I have "Process finished with exit code 255"

If I don't answering and I click "stop the 'D Module" (CTRL+F2) again I have ""

3. After if i try use the run "D-Module" (MAJ+F10) :

And I must manually delete java.exe process for compile and run project.
